适用于申请赴澳大利亚留学的常住在中国或新西兰的中国公民

学生签证的主申请人在递交(http://immi.gov.au/students/prc.htm)申请时需递交以下材料。本清单仅规定了在递交申请时所必须提供的基本材料,而并未对申请人可提供的材料作任何其他限制。申请人可同时递交他们认为有助于签证评审的其他任何材料。
根据1958年移民法的有关规定,签证审批部门可在申请人递交申请时所提供材料的基础上作出决定,而不必要求申请人再提供进一步材料。因此,在递交申请时请尽量完整地提供签证申请材料,这一点对申请人是至关重要的。
所有表格需用英文填写。申请人提供的除英文之外的其他任何语种的材料均需附上英文翻译件。所有材料必须是原件 或者是经公证或认证的复印件。在中国, 复印件可由公证处公证或认证。
申请人递交申请后,如果所提供的信息发生变更,必须书面通知签证审批部门。否则移民部将依据申请人递交申请时所提供的材料进行签证评审。
个人及一般性材料:

签证申请费以澳币支付可通过信用卡,汇票或银行支票的方式汇款至澳大利亚移民及多元文化土著事务部 – 必须支付申请费,否则本次学生签证申请无效。
一份填写完整并签了名的学生签证申请表格(157A表) – 必须递交申请表格,否则本次学生签证申请无效。
一份填写完整并附有签名的家庭成员表(54表)。
一份本清单的复印件,标明您在递交申请时所提供的材料。
如已有护照,请提供主申请人及随行人员护照首页和备注页的复印件。请不要在此时提供您的护照原件。
请提供主申请人及随行人员身份证的复印件。
如果您所提供的通信地址在中国,请提供四张写有姓名及地址的中文的不干胶贴条。
如果您所提供的通信地址不在中国,请提供四张写有姓名及地址的英文的不干胶贴条。
主申请人及随行人员,每人需提供四张近六个月内拍摄的护照照片。
提供户口本每一页的清晰复印件的公证书。<.li>
如果你未满18周岁,并且/或者你的父母为你支付在澳大利亚学习期间的费用,请提供注有你父母姓名的你的出生证明的公证书。
如果你的祖父母/外祖父母为你支付在澳大利亚学习期间的费用, 请提供
注有你父母姓名的你的出生证明的公证书,以及
注有你祖父母/外祖父母姓名的你的父母的出生证明的公证书。


如果你的兄弟姐妹为你支付在澳大利亚学习期间的费用,请提供
注有你父母姓名的你的出生证明的公证书,以及
注有其父母姓名的、你的兄弟姐妹的出生证明的公证书。


如果你未满18周岁,并且在澳大利亚不与父母双方中任何一人或法定监护人共同居住,请提供
由每所你即将就读的学校签署的监护证明,证明有关学校将负责你在澳期间的食宿,生活保障和基本福利问题。
或者

由你父母书面指定的一名常住澳大利亚的21岁以上亲属出具的法律声明书,证明他/她将负责你在澳期间的食宿,生活保障和基本福利问题;以及
相关人员的出生证明的公证书和能证明你们之间亲属关系的法律文件;以及
在过去10年中你的指定在澳亲属曾居住过超过12个月的每一个国家警方所出具的无犯罪记录证明原件。(见47P表)
有资格成为指定看护人的亲属包括兄弟,姐妹,祖父母/外祖父母,姨母/姑母,叔伯/舅父,侄女/外甥女,侄子/外甥,继父母, 异父母兄弟, 异父母姐妹, 继祖父母, 继叔伯, 继伯/婶母, 继侄子(女).

如果你未满18周岁,请提供
亲生父母双方分别出具的同意子女赴澳留学的信函原件;以及
父母双方身份证的复印件。


如果您有配偶,请提供结婚证书的公证书。如果您是新近结婚或非婚同居,请提供相应的婚姻或同居关系附加证明材料。
如果您有未满18周岁的未婚子女,请提供注明他们父母姓名的出生证明的公证书。
如果您有子女赴澳与你共同居住,并且子女已满5周岁或在澳期间即将年满5周岁的,请提供由孩子即将就读的澳大利亚学校出具的留位证明信(Offer of a place in a course)原件。
如果您有未满18周岁的子女赴澳随行并与您在澳共同居住,并且父母的一方将不在澳大利亚居住,请提供其不赴澳大利亚的父/母方亲笔签署的同意其赴澳信函的原件,并附上其身份证的复印件。
学历及语言要求:

请提供每所你即将就读的澳大利亚学校出具的留位证明信(Offer of a place in a course)原件 – 必须在提出签证申请时递交留位证明信原件,否则本次学生签证申请无效。每封信需注明你就读课程的层次,课程名称,课程及学校的CRICOS代码,课程的起止时间和所有课程的全部费用。请注意,如果你申请的签证类别要求你参加英语语言课程,但申请中并未提供此类课程的留位证明信,将会导致被拒签。
请提供你已获得的学历/学位证明的清晰复印件及公证书。例如,571类学生签证需提供初中毕业证书的清晰复印件及公证书;572类签证需提供高中毕业证书(或同等学历证明)的清晰复印件及公证书;574类签证需提供学士学位证明(或同等学历证明)的清晰复印件及公证书。573类学生签证需提供高中毕业证书(或同等学历证明)的清晰复印件及公证书,573类学生签证亦可只提供高二毕业证明(或同等学历证明)的清晰复印件及公证书,以及申请人被录取赴澳就读一年的预科课程加大学本科课程或已在澳大利亚完成一年的预科课程。
如果你申请读高中,请提供由你目前学校出具的表明你的年级、班级的在读证明原件。
如果你申请的学生签证类别要求你提供雅思成绩,请提供雅思成绩单原件(必须是递交申请前2年内参加的考试)。
资金证明:

如果你/你的配偶,父母,祖父母/外祖父母,兄弟姐妹,姑姨叔(伯)舅中任何一方为你支付在澳大利亚学习期间的费用,请提供由他们目前就职的工作单位或离职前的工作单位(如已离职)开具的注有其工作职务、工资、其他收入情况以及工作年限的公函原件。
如果你/你的配偶,父母,祖父母/外祖父母,兄弟姐妹,姑姨叔(伯)舅中任何一方为你支付在澳大利亚学习期间的费用,请提供他们额外收入来源证明文件的清晰复印件及复印件的公证书。
额外收入来源包括商业利润,股份分红等,证明材料可包括税收记录或营业执照等。这些材料必须清楚表明所得收入的性质。

您可通过移民部认可的资金来源提供材料,证明您有足够的资金支付您在澳大利亚学习期间的费用。
如果你是中国公民,申请576类学生签证以外其他类别的学生签证,可从澳大利亚移民、多元文化及土著事务部网站http://www.immi.gov.au/students/fin_al4.pdf了解你申请的签证类别所需的资金数额。不同签证类别所需的资金总数不同。

移民部认可的资金来源包括:

由移民部认可的金融机构出具的向你/你的配偶、父母、祖父母/外祖父母、兄弟姐妹,姑姨叔(伯)舅提供该项“学生贷款”的意向性批准信的原件,注明贷款数额和还贷期限,并且还贷期限必须满足签证处有关学生贷款期限的要求。
贷款适用于570, 571,572, 573,574, 575类别的学生签证。 除574类外,其他所有签证类别要求学生贷款的期限最多为3年。如所报读的课程少于3年,贷款期限仅须包括所有课程时间的总和。574类学生签证要求的贷款期限包括预备课程(含英语课程)时间及其后12个月即可。如所报读的主课少于12个月,贷款期限仅须包括预备课程(含英语课程)时间及主课时间的总和。

在中国,移民部认可的可提供留学贷款的金融机构为中国银行、工商银行、中国建设银行、农业银行、中信实业银行和上海浦东发展银行。

或者

请提供你/你的配偶,父母,祖父母/外祖父母,兄弟姐妹,姑姨叔(伯)舅中任何一方持有的在递交申请前已够6个月存期的存款证明,包括:
由银行出具的能够证明从递交申请到签证评审期间该存款仍然在帐上的存款证明原件;以及
上述存款证明中涉及的所有银行存折/存单的经公证或认证的复印件.
单独提供利息清单不能用来证明有关存款的金额与期限。存折可以成为证明现金存入的时间和金额的有效凭证。

如果下列机构能为你提供足够的资金担保,请提供资金证明的原件:你所申请的学校、澳洲联邦政府或澳洲州政府、 其他国家的中央机构、 或者多边国际机构。


Student Visa Documentation Requirements – Checklist



For nationals of the People's Republic of China resident in either China or New Zealand and applying to study in Australia

You must submit the following documents at the time you apply as a main applicant for a student visa. This list stipulates the mimimum documentation only, and is by no means exhaustive. It is open to applicants to submit any documentation they believe may assist in the assessment of their application.

Under the Migration Act 1958, applications may be decided on the basis of available information without requesting further documentation. It is therefore important that applicants ensure that applications are as complete as possible and all supporting documentation is provided at the time of visa application lodgement.

All forms must be completed in English, and documentation provided in a language other than English must be accompanied by an English language translation. All documentation must be originals or certified or notarised copies (as indicated). In China, copies of documents can be certified / notarised by a Notary Public.

AFTER YOUR APPLICATION IS LODGED, IF ANY OF THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDED CHANGES, YOU SHOULD NOTIFY US IN WRITING. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN AN ASSESSMENT OF YOUR APPLICATION BASED ON OUT OF DATE INFORMATION.

Personal and general:

Payment of the visa application charge in A$, by credit card, money order or bank cheque payable to the Department of Immigration & Multicultural & Indigenous Affairs – this MUST be submitted for the application to be valid.
A fully completed and signed student visa application form (Form 157A) – this MUST be submitted for the application to be valid.
A fully completed and signed family composition form (Form 54)
A copy of this checklist indicating which documents you are providing at time of application.
Copies of the details page of the passport of each person included in the application (if held) DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR PASSPORT AT THIS STAGE.
Copies of the identification card of each person included in this application.
If your correspondence address is in China, four completed self adhesive name and address labels in Chinese characters.
If your correspondence address is not in China, four completed self adhesive name and address labels in English.
Four passport sized photographs, not more than six months old, of each person included in the application.
Clear certified copy of each page of your hukou (a form of household register).
If you are under 18 years of age and / or if your parents are involved in providing financial support for your studies, a certified birth certificate for you, showing the names of each of your parents.
If your grandparents are involved in providing financial support for your studies,
a certified birth certificate for you, showing the names of each of your parents, AND
a certified birth certificate for your parent, showing the names of each of their parents.
If your brother or sister is involved in providing financial support for your studies,
a certified birth certificate for you, showing each of your parents, AND
a certified birth certificate for your brother / sister, showing each of their parents.
If you are under 18 years old and will not be living in Australia with at least one parent or legal guardian:
a signed undertaking from each education provider for your accommodation, support and general welfare in Australia OR (if relevant)
a statutory declaration from a relative aged over 21 resident in Australia who has been nominated in writing by your parents and who will be responsible for your accommodation, support and general welfare in Australia AND
certified birth certificates and legal documents in evidence of each link in the relationship AND
original police certificate(s) from each country the nominated relative has lived in for more than 12 months in the last 10 years (see Form 47P).
Please note: A relative eligible to be nominated as a carer includes a brother, sister, grandparent, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew, step-parent, step-brother, step-sister, step-grandparent, step-aunt, step-uncle, step-niece, or step-nephew.

If you are under 18 years old,
original letter of consent from each of your biological parents to you going to Australia to study and live AND
a copy of each of your parents' identification cards.


If you have a spouse, certified marriage certificate. For recent marriages and de facto relationships additional supporting documents should be provided.
If you have any children, for each of your unmarried children who are under 18 years old, including those who are not included in the application, certified birth certificates, showing the names of each of the parents.
If you have any children, for each of your children who are included in the application and who have turned 5 years old or will turn 5 years old in Australia, an original letter of offer from the Australian school which that child will be attending.
If you have any children, for each of your children who are included in the application, who have not turned 18 years old yet and whose other parent will not be living in Australia, an original signed letter of consent from that other parent to that child's travel to and stay in Australia and a copy of their identification card.
Educational and language:

Original ‘Offer of a place in a course’ letter from each Australian education provider at which you propose to study - this MUST be submitted for the application to be valid. Each offer letter should indicate your proposed entry level, course name, CRICOS course and provider codes, proposed start and end dates and the full tuition fees for the course. Note that if an english language course is a requirement of the visa category and no offer letter for such a course is provided, the application will be refused.
Clear certified copies of your formal educational qualifications. Under subclass 571, this must include a Year 9 graduation certificate, under subclass 572 this must include a Year 12 (or equivalent) graduation certificate and under 574 this must include evidence of an undergraduate degree (or equivalent). Under subclass 573 this must include either a Year 12 (or equivalent) graduation certificate, or, evidence of completion of Year 11 (or equivalent) plus evidence of enrollment in a one year foundation course in Australia or completion of a one year foundation course in Australia.
If you are applying to attend a secondary school, an original letter from your current school showing your year level and class.
Original certificate of your IELTS score (the test must have been taken within 2 years before the date of application lodgement), if evidence of an IELTS test score is required.


Financial capacity:

If you and / or any of your spouse, parent(s), grandparent(s), sister(s), brother(s), certain uncle(s) / aunt(s) are involved in providing financial support for your studies, original letters from each of those persons’ current or most recent employer detailing position(s) held, salaries and other employment based forms of income paid, and dates of employment with that workplace.
If you and / or any of your spouse, parent(s), grandparent(s), sister(s), brother(s), certain uncle(s) / aunt(s) are involved in providing financial support for your studies, clear certified copies of documents evidencing all non-employment based sources of income of those persons.
· Please Note: Non-employment based sources of income may include evidence of business interests, share portfolios etc and the documents may include tax assessment documentation, business licences etc. The documents provided should clearly demonstrate any income stream.

Evidence that you have funds from an acceptable source that are sufficient for the purposes of your application.
· Please Note: If you are a national of the Peoples Republic of China, unless you are applying for a visa under subclass 576 information about how much funds will be considered sufficient for the purposes of your application is available on the DIMIA website. Please note that the calculation of sufficiency of funds may be different in each of the subclasses.

Acceptable sources of funds are:

Original letter from an acceptable financial institution stating that you and / or any of your spouse, parent(s), grandparent(s), sister(s), brother(s), certain uncle(s) / aunt(s) have received in-principle approval for a “student loan” for a specified amount and with a term covering at least the designated period.
The use of loans is now acceptable for subclasses 570, 571, 572, 573, 574 and 575. The designated period under all of these subclasses EXCEPT 574 is the lesser of 3 years and the full period of the proposed courses of study. The designated period under subclass 574 is the lesser of the period of any preliminary course plus 12 months and the full period of the proposed courses of study.

In China, acceptable finanical institutions for our purposes are Bank of China; ICBC; China Construction Bank; Agricultural Bank of China; CITIC Bank and the Shanghai Pudong Development Bank.

AND / OR (if relevant)

Evidence of cash deposits that you and / or any of your spouse, parent(s), grandparent(s), sister(s), brother(s) have held for at least six consecutive months immediately before the date of application lodgement, including:
Original certificates of deposits that show funds are up to date and were still held by the bank at time of application, AND
Clear certified copies of bank passbooks and / or bank deposit slips, relevant to the certificates of deposit.
INTEREST SLIPS ALONE ARE NOT CONSIDERED TO BE ACCEPTABLE EVIDENCE OF THE SIZE AND DURATION OF CASH DEPOSITS

AND / OR (if relevant)

Original letter evidencing that you have sufficient financial support from either: your education provider; or, the Australian Government or the government of an Australian State; or, the national government of a foreign country; or, a multilateral agency.
