MODL取消后，一下少了15分。总分从原来的130一下降到115，所以原本打算雅思考个6分就过关，现在要考到7分才行，这样总分才会达到125过关。
据目前掌握的情况来看，新政主要针对的是那些英语不熟练的普通技能申请者(比如说理发师、厨师之类)，通过收紧他们的移民配额，从而为刚毕业的学生留出更多的就业空间，减少国家的就业压力。
但对于我这种有10+yr工作经验的紧缺职业人士来说，无论在哪里我都是紧俏的。30出头的人，正是经验和体能结合的巅峰期，也是最能创造剩余价值的阶段。如果说连这类人士都要收紧移民配额的话，澳洲还指望剥削谁去?
所以可以放下心来，专心准备雅思考试。不过原本计划是3月底考的，现在因为对雅思要求一下从6提高到7，时间就会押后了。通常来说，雅思要提高1分，时间上需要准备3个月。因此，初步调整为6月底考。
但要看到，移民政策提到4月30日会出来一份新的SOL。按我的理解来看，既然MODL取消了，那就应该在SOL上给予一些紧缺职业更大的优惠。当前的移民评分规则是，首先你的职业要在SOL上，并且会根据你的职业紧缺程度给你一个分数(记为P.SOL)，然后在MODL上再给你一个分数(P.MODL)，最后通过CSL给出一个处理优先顺序。
从结构上来看，SOL是一个framework，MODL是一个module，而CSL只是当中的channel。channel影响着framewor响应module的priority(注意，只是priority，而不是point)。
原本module设计出来就已经有了自己的响应优先顺序(P.MODL)，channel说到底只是一个应对紧急情况的临时性措施(都说了是Critical)，为的是应对急剧变化的就业市场。临时性的措施毕竟有着诸多不足，framework要足够稳定，这类临时性的东西应该能少则少。经过一段时间的运行，澳洲政府发现当前的这个framework已经不足以解决一些中长期目标，需要refactor了。

觉得引入这个“Skills Australia”有点诡异，估计是一帮人关起门来太公分猪肉，等利益分配达成共识后(4.30)，就可以出台一份新的SOL，于是就有新的framework了。
最后还是那句，是金子的话放在哪里都是会发光的!如果连移民这道门槛你也过不去，只能说明你目前还不够优秀，还不足以吸引发达的资本主义国家来剥削你。
